THEME
Climate justice links the environmental impact to social, and racial paraphernalia of the climate crisis. It is a lens to examine the historical responsibilities for climate change and its impacts on human rights. It relates the causes and effects of climate change to concepts of justice, particularly environmental justice, and social justice. A just transition denotes the transition of fossil fuel-based economies to equitable, regenerative, renewable energy-based systems.
